REOPENING
The Library at 15 Victoria Terrace, Edinburgh will be reopening on
 Wednesday, 22nd May 2024 at 2.30pm, after our temporary closure for refurbishment work.

The Scottish Genealogy Society, located at 15 Victoria Terrace in Edinburgh, is a valuable resource for anyone interested in researching Scottish family and local history.

Founded in 1953, the society is run by volunteers who offer guidance throughout the research process.  They provide a warm welcome to both members and visitors at their Library and Family History Centre.

Additionally, the Society has launched an online members area and an online shop where memberships and over 800 publications can be purchased to assist with research.
